Set up a deposit and automatic payments

You set this separately for each service.

1. Open Services & prices and edit the service.
2. In Booking and payment, choose Deposit at booking, balance later.
3. Set the deposit percentage.
4. To split the balance, set Installments to the number of automatic payments you want. The last payment is taken a set number of days before the shoot, which you can change. Leave installments at 0 if you prefer to ask for the balance yourself.
5. Save.

Clients will see the plan before they pay. After a booking, you can follow every payment on the booking page. If you need to, you can stop the remaining automatic payments there, or email the client a payment link for the balance.
