Run a proofing gallery

Photos and delivery · Last updated Oct. 30, 2026

This is the proofing flow, from camera to delivery. Your service must be set to Proofing: the client picks their favorites in its Photo delivery section, with the number of included photos and a price for extras.

1. Upload and send your RAW files

  1. After the shoot, open Photo processing and choose the shoot.
  2. Upload the camera originals. A small preview is made for each in your browser, with a watermark if your studio uses one.
  3. Select the photos you want to show and send them for proofing. A file without a preview can't be sent, so upload it again to make one.

2. The client picks

The client sees previews only, hearts their favorites and can leave notes for the editor. You can see how many they picked, how many are extra, and every note.

3. Upload your edits

Upload the edited photos. Each one is matched to its RAW file by file name, so IMG_0042.CR3 and IMG_0042.jpg count as the same shot. The screen warns you about edited photos with no approved RAW match, and about approved photos that aren't edited yet.

4. Final review and delivery

The client sees watermarked previews of your edits and accepts them, or sends some back with a note. Fix those and upload them again. When everything is accepted, the photos are delivered, unless you have set your studio to check them first. If a balance is still owed, the client gets a payment link first.

Clients can download for 60 days after delivery. RAW files are never available to clients.
